Founder of Team Xtreme

Babak Alimoradian is the founder of Team Xtreme and has always been passionate about sport and adventure activities. He started wrestling aged 6 years, and became a member of the German national team at the age of 15. Babak was subsequently awarded a scholarship at Boston University in the USA where he became one of the top wrestlers in the nation.

He has trained with Olympic athletes from several countries and continues to be active practicing many adventure sports in addition to tennis, running, weight lifting and martial arts. He has recently ( January 2011) won the European Championships in Brasilian Jiu Jitsu in Portugal – Lisboa competing for the Draculino Team of Marbella.

Having been educated in the USA and Germany before moving to Spain and obtaining an MBA at Madrid University, Babak who is originally from Iran, has a very diverse cultural and business background and as a result speaks fluent German, Persian, English and Spanish.

Babak is married with two lovely children. He has decided to share his passion for outdoor adventure sports with you and will use this Blog as a platform to keep you informed about the exciting world of adventure sports.
