Yesterday we went Canyoing in Marbella with a small team of 7 people that are more used to sitting in the office than swimming and jumping down the river. Although some of the members were almost pushed to the limit at some point everybody managed to complete the task and even break through some of their fears  of altitude for example).

Last week we went Canyoning with Rafa Mendez from the summer program “Mojate” that is shown nationally in spain on Canal Cuatro. As you can see from the short clip Rafa is a talent in the barranco and a natural born comedian in any environment.

Yesterday we had amazing day at Rio Verde – close to Almuñecar, canyoning with a group of 11 english bachelors that have come to Marbella to pay tribute to their mate getting married soon. After a rough initial start due to the lack of sleep in the previous night the boys picked up the pace and surprised us with their agility and abilty to recover fast
