Team Xtreme is launching a new Team Building activity on the beautiful mountains of Ronda just an hour drive from the coast. A “Via Ferrata” is a secure and pre-fabricated climbing track where the participants climb up stairs that are integrated into the rocks, while being secured to a fixed line installed along those stairs. A great adrenaline producing activity where you get to push your boundaries and overcome your fears.

Yesterday we went Canyoing in Marbella with a small team of 7 people that are more used to sitting in the office than swimming and jumping down the river. Although some of the members were almost pushed to the limit at some point everybody managed to complete the task and even break through some of their fears  of altitude for example).

Last weekend we went Canyoning in Marbella with the dutch software company Microcash. None of the participants had been canyoning before and enjoyed the experience as you can judge for youself from the pictures below:

Yesterday we organized a corporate sailing regatta with the dutch software company Microcash ( www.microcash.nl ) that sent their team on an incentive trip to Marbella for a few days. The participants all enjoyed the experience although some of them were pushed to the limit due to the waves and limited sleep the night before.

Last Saturday we organized another corporate sailing event for the norwegian bank DnB Nor and with strong winds in our favor (up to 25 knots) the event turned out to be as exciting and adventurous as it can get.
